Jag älskar när ”verkligheten” hinner ifatt fantasin. Det som är science fiction idag är en verklighet i morgon.
Att vi lever i ett informationssamhälle har väl inte undgått någon. Och näst efter jakten på data kommer jakten på lagringsutrymme. Jag minns fortfarande min första externa hårddisk på svindlande 500 megabyte. Idag får jag plats med 64 gånger så mycket i min telefon!
Och nu har Stålmannen och hans hårddiskar hunnit ifatt oss.

Computers may soon be saving their data onto hard drives made of glass following research by British scientists who have developed a way of storing information similar to the ”memory crystals” seen in the Superman films.
